CSEP / ISEP Connections

CM Utilities Group has contracts in place with Network Owners which allow us to self connect to existing Networks. We carry out over 500 mains connections to New Housing developments annually.

Service Installations

Over 11,000 domestic services are installed annually to new properties.

Mains Installation

We currently install over 120 kilometres of main per year on numerous developments. Mains diameters ranging from 63mm to 500mm at pressure up to 7 bar.

Meter Installations

Along with services we install over 11,000 meters annually (combination of Smart & Standard Meters).

Where medium pressure supplies are required, pressure reduction installations are supplied and installed.
